I have been a part of Delamode for almost 6 years, I joined the team in February 2017

Dynamic, Responsible and 24/7
What is your day to day in your role?
Checking progress of the trailers, monitoring and processing collections and deliveries, planning, routing and making sure our clients are satisfied to the highest point and confident their cargo has been taken care of the best way it can.
What is your favourite part of your role?
My favourite part is the fast-paced environment, the freedom of making decisions and the satisfactions of our clients. The constant support and help from my team help me stay motivated and focused. All that makes me happy at the end of a busy and stressful day and puts a smile on my face heading to work every morning.
What led you to your current role?
I started working in the sector completely coincidentally, having absolutely no experience. I was working for a different company prior to Delamode and returning from my maternity leave made me want a complete change of career.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
The help and support from my team, manager and Delamode as a whole. The appreciation of my hard work has never been left unnoticed. This makes me even more motivated to meet the high standards and the trust given to me.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, my biggest happiness is my family and my daughter. I love spending time with them, having fun, going out and planning our future adventures.
What is your end goal for your career?
Up and forward at the right time. I am very happy with where I am but of course like everyone else, I would be happy to progress, meet new challenges and improve my abilities.
