What is your day-to-day in your role?
What is so exciting at my job is that during one day I can deal with so many activities like: recruitment, induction, talent management, CSR projects, guidance offered to managers, internal communication and the list remains open. I’m never limited to just one activity, I can explore so many areas and deal with so many challenges. Every single experience brings me professional and personal fulfilment and develops myself as person and professional.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Having the possibility to implement new projects, to challenge the existing ones and to go beyond and above. What I really appreciate and admire is that I have all the support and trust for doing this. I really believe that my role is not just a supporting one, but also a driving one. I enjoy my job so much!
What led you to your current role?
My passion for people and HR and my desire to achieve the best in everything I do.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
My family and the values that we are sharing: integrity, respect, trust and passion for people.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family: reading books with my daughters and to have long walks with my husband.
Where is your end goal for your career?
I hope it will never end! I see my career as a continuous journey which I enjoy every single day and within each every experience leads me to new challenges, new roles, new destinations. I will let myself to be surprised by the next ones.
