In a strategic move, the consortium “DLM Bidco”, formed by BaltCap and other investors, presented an acquisition proposal for Xpediator. This consortium includes the major Xpediator shareholder, “Cogels,” and the company “Nuoma ir kapitalas,” with Justas Veršnickas overseeing the 20% stake in “Delamode Baltics.”
