What is your day-to-day in your role?
First, I need coffee.
I check my email if something is “on fire”. When I’m sure all is OK I call my subcontractors to discuss when our trucks will be available and I offer them to my clients. In the meantime I process new requests.
I help to solve daily problems with my junior colleague.
I make deals and organise new orders.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Speaking with different people and making new friendships. Solving problems.
The jokes with my colleagues is also one of my favorite things.
What led you to your current role?
I started at Delamode as a Junior Forwarder a few days after my final lecture at University.
Little did I know then that this job would turn out to be what I want to do long-term. Since then I’ve been developing successfully and I’m more motivated than ever.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is to be better and better in my job and for everything to be done perfectly.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love travelling and reading books, but I am addicted to travelling.
Maybe that’s why I love my job so much, I am able to travel to so many places virtually!
Where is your end goal for your career?
I am too ambitious to have an end goal!
